Summer Waterfront Wedding

The summer months in the Inland Northwest are absolutely gorgeous, but what made this wedding just that much more beautiful is that it is on the waterfront in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho. This summer waterfront wedding had a lot of great details to capture throughout the entire day. The weather was nothing short of perfection, as the sun beamed down giving the bride Kate an added glow on her special day and allowing us to be outside using the natural light as much as possible.

The special moments of this day were easy to document because I could tell they were making those memories themselves. As I saw these special moments unfold in front of me I was able to capture them through my lens holding onto that memory for the bride and groom forever, which is what I always strive for. From the personal walk with the bride and groom on the waterfront beach as they walked barefoot in the sand, to the ceremony surrounded by water where I was able to photograph the reflections of the entire bridal party, this wedding was absolutely gorgeous and meaningful. The added bright pop of color in the garden on the property gave the surrounding area a great bright flare of hot pinks and purples that worked great with the accent of purple in their wedding colors.

This summer waterfront wedding was definitely one to remember and share. It is weddings like these that make my job just that much easier and enjoyable, I wish the newlyweds a lifetime of happiness and love.
