Urban Family Session

These three women are awesome! They were so fun to work with in their fun and urban family session. All three of them shined in front of the camera, showing off their fun and loving personalities. Their love for each other came through in every photo that I captured, it was and is beautiful to see such a close family. This was a special session for me because Athina (mom) and I worked together years ago and I even got to see the sisters on a daily basis when they came into the office. Seeing them for the first time in over three years about knocked me off of my feet. Both girls blossomed more than I imagined. Besides the fabulous energy they had, I absolutely enjoyed using another iconic neighborhood for this shoot. We were on Garland Street the entire time, and let me tell you, there is texture, contrast and amazing detail all over the place. Truly a photographers dream. We chose the Garland District because before they moved down to California, they only lived a few blocks away from this cute little strip. These three definitely worked the location, from sitting in front of one of the top local coffee shops to posing in the middle of the street with their coordinated outfits. It was an absolute blast to work with them and capture these beautiful women.
