Manito Park Engagement

Sara and Jonathan’s park engagement was one I was really looking forward to capturing. I knew the weather was looking good and since talking with them, I had found some more angles of Manito Park to work, which is always to the couple’s benefit.
As always, I enjoy the use of the different features in park engagement sessions, but Manito gave Sara and Jonathan a few extra to work with this summer. We were able to play with reflections, stunning shimmering sunlight off the full summer foliage, and the freshly manicured landscapes. All of these added detail and different textural elements to each portrait, as we all got to know each other better.
I really had a lot of fun working with these two as they got more comfortable in front of the camera, and showed their playful side. I look forward to capturing more beautiful moments between them on their wedding day. Possibly another piggy-back shot…
