Spokane Love in Black and White

It might have been awhile since you have seen a full black and white photo session, but let me tell you this one is worth the wait. As anyone and everyone knows I love my black and white portraits, they are edgy, romantic, powerful and dramatic, which is what I love most about them. The drama and romance that I can capture when using black and white, can truly take your breath away and this session doesn’t disappoint.
I booked Jackie at the Bridal Festival this winter, and I knew her enthusiasm, charm and beauty where going to make photographing her and her fiancé a breeze. When I met her other half, Eric, I just knew it couldn’t go wrong. These two were great! We wandered the streets of downtown Spokane, strolled across the bridges and found some unique little spots to stop and capture their love for one another. The best part of this shoot was being able to have Spokane behind them as their backdrop. The city added so much detail and textural contrasts to these two that I just had to publish their images in black and white to show the stunning backdrop and their love for each other.
I am so looking forward to working with these two as we get closer to their wedding day, and then being there to capture their special day.
