Spring Has Sprung Look at the Spring Photos its Brung!

It is finally time for spring photos in good ole Spokane, Washington and I am just itching to go outside!  I did get some amazing images of the winter wonderland that took us over, but I am a little white-washed and looking to get some bright greens and flowers in my lens.  The weather change also starts off my busy season; senior portraits, engagement sessions and the wedding season gets rolling!

Spring senior portraits are great for those who are planners and know they want to lock in a date before the summer festivities.  It seems early, but trust me when I say you will be happy that you did your session in the spring.  The colors are so vibrant and fresh, and you will not be sweating during the hours we spend outside shooting and walking to unique locations.

Brides also appreciate shooting in the cooler spring weather, which keeps make up from melting off and the multiple layers of skirt do not seem as toasty.  Some of my best wedding images have taken place outside in the cool spring air.  The contrast of a crisp white wedding gown with the new foliage is very pure and elegant.  The clouds that hang gently in the sky during the days of spring are helpful for a photographer when it comes to lighting.  You will be sure to get the absolute best outdoor wedding pictures on a clear spring day.

Spring brings new beginnings to the earth, which is also the perfect time to capture a new stage in your life and relationship- engagement!   I love new love and the start of a new family!  You can literally feel the buzz and excitement flowing from couples during an engagement photo shoot.

Coasting through my files of images I came across so many warm pictures.  I have compiled a few for you to look through and consider for your spring photos.  Enjoy!
